Very clean, well-maintained cottage on the East side of beautiful Keuka Lake. Right by the lake. More and better amenities and lake toys than a typical rental.
90 feet of level beach and a gradual drop-off.
Swim, kayak, cook out, or just relax in the sun. You’ll fall asleep at night to the lull of waves, and awake every morning to an expansive view out the large panoramic windows. The lake and the Bluff are beautiful in any season, and in the autumn the Bluff is on fire with fall color.
Amenities: Easy access from your car to the front door. The top floor has two queen beds, furnished with newer, quality mattresses. For those extra guests, the living room hosts a day bed that can pull out to two twin trundle beds, and a sleeper sofa. A new bathroom, and an updated kitchen with all new appliances are also on this level. If you can manage to pull yourself away from the lake, you have TV, cable and wi-fi; in the spring and fall curl up with that book by our gas fireplace.
The lower level is a boat house containing easy access to everything you need to enjoy the beach…. Life jackets, a new full-size extra refrigerator, a small sailboat, 2 kayaks, an aluminum fishing boat. Beach chairs, cushions, a large picnic table, fire pit and propane grill are also included, and there is a swim float off shore. There is also a laundry area. In short, you’re ready to move in and start enjoying the lake. There is also a 3×50 ft. dock — please contact us if you wish to bring a boat, as boats are considered on a case-by-case basis. More photos of amenities are on the bottom of our photos page.
Keuka Lake is a beautiful lake located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. You’ll be located halfway between the quaint village of Hammondsport to the south, and Penn Yan to the north. Both the Keuka and Seneca wine trails are within easy access, as is Watkins Glen (20-30 mins. away) and Corning (45 mins. away). You can also stroll along the East Lake Road, a driveway-sized road that runs along the lake. There is so much to do in the area, for such a wide variety of interests and tastes, that we devote three entire pages to information and links. See “Things to Do,” “Wine Trails and Wineries,” and “Links to Explore the Area.” Also, feel free to contact us with any questions!
